Hilary Meredith Solicitors is a passionate company. Since its establishment in 2003, Hilary Meredith has evolved into a successful firm of solicitors, servicing the whole of the UK and Ireland. Hilary, who set up the practice with just two staff, now employs 40 people at its headquarters in Wilmslow. Last year Hilary Meredith solicitors recovered £6.4m in damages for accident victims.

"We needed our website to create enquiries and raise the profile of our firm. When we first approached Text Internet Marketing we really wanted to establish our brand online. Ease of navigation
Because the practice handles claims for many different areas of injury they needed a website that was easily navigable for clients and potential customers. Web users need to be able to see a clear path the information they seek. The Text team therefore implemented four clear calls to action on the homepage to direct visitors to the relevant areas of the site with minimum fuss.

Additionally, the quick claims form at the bottom of the home page is a strong call to action that entices visitors to find out more.
Recruiting the right staff
Text Internet Marketing also added a recruitment feature to the site to attract new talent to the firm.
"We wanted people looking to join our firm to be able to apply with minimum fuss," says Hilary. "That's why we were thrilled with the website's recruitment section. Job hunters have the ability to upload a CV but if they don't have one available there is the option to fill in the expanded application form."

The site has a people directory where employees from the firm are listed under department. This shows the personal side to the business. Hilary Meredith is not a faceless corporate powerhouse, but a friendly practice with a professional yet personal approach. They show real passion for the people they represent. Additionally, the homepage displays the logos of our partners showing affiliation and enhancing credibility of the firm.
"It's a great feature," says Hilary. "You click on a name it opens up into more information about the person. We like our clients to know exactly who we're dealing with. It helps to maintain our positive reputation for customer service."
