NWJazzworks is a local community-based website for the Jazz industry. As the agency for the development of jazz activity in the North West of England, the website's focal points are the musician, the venue/promoter and the audience.

The organisation strives for an increase in the quality and quantity of performance opportunities, whilst encouraging more people to come out and hear live jazz.

The website, designed by Text Internet Marketing, offers a fantastic community base through user generated content. Message boards allow venues, band, gigs and tutors to post details, which is fantastic for the industry and for SEO purposes as regularly updated content is rewarded in search engines.

With simple colour-coordination dictating different regions, the website is easily navigable and user friendly which has worked wonders in targeting local efficianados. The innovative concept is working well and what was revolutionary at its inception has turned into a fantastic base for local music.
